About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority for lighting supplies. The procurement seeks quotes from qualified vendors to supply lighting products under a two-year term effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. Written questions, clarifications, or requests for approved equals must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on June 2, 2026, with the Authority responding through written addendum by June 5, 2026. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible firm on a lump sum basis. Bidders must submit pricing for all line items in the Pricing Proposal; firms failing to bid on all items will be deemed non-responsive and ineligible for consideration. The successful vendor must comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations.
The total budget allocated for this two-year contract is $50,000. The Authority reserves the right to make award without further discussion with bidders. All submitting firms must certify that they are not subject to Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanctions imposed by the State of California or the United States Government, including those specified in Presidential Executive Orders 13660, 13661, 13662, 13685, and 14065. By submitting a quote, all firms agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in Exhibit C, entitled "Orange County Transportation Authority General Provisions," and agree to adhere to all applicable economic sanctions imposed by state or federal government entities.
