About this file

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) document issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority in California for lighting supplies. The authority is soliciting quotes for a two-year contract term effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. Vendors must submit written questions, clarifications, or requests for approved equals no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 2, 2026, with the authority providing written responses by June 5, 2026. The RFQ requires firms to bid on all line items in the pricing proposal; failure to do so will result in the firm being deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award consideration. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible firm on a lump sum basis, and the successful firm must comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations.

The total budget for this two-year effort is $50,000. All firms submitting quotes must certify that they are not subject to Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanctions imposed by the State of California or the United States Government, including Presidential Executive Orders 13660, 13661, 13662, 13685, and 14065. Approved equals will be accepted from vendors. By submitting a quote, firms agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in Exhibit C, "Orange County Transportation Authority General Provisions," and all economic sanctions imposed by state or federal authorities. The authority reserves the right to make an award without further discussion with bidders.
