About this file
This document contains responses to requests for information (RFIs) from offerors relating to Solicitation #RFP36C26124R0004 from the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 21. The solicitation is for a design-build project to create a parking lot and access for the VA Martinez OPC campus. The RFI responses clarify that offerors should identify their legal entity in Block 14 of the SF1442 form in their Phase Two proposal, not Phase One. Additionally, offerors should only check the category of "General Construction" and fully complete the VAAR Clause 852.219-75 certification when responding.
