Proposals for integrated pest management, exterior rodent management, and bird/pigeon deterrent services are due September 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EDT. The contract will provide comprehensive pest control services across approximately 850,000 square feet of CPA facilities, including cruise terminals, administrative buildings, tenant properties, and recreational facilities such as Jetty Park. Services commence October 1, 2026, and extend through September 30, 2028, with three optional one-year renewal periods available at no increase in base bid rates for the first two years.

Qualified bidders must hold valid Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services pest control licensing and demonstrate five years of continuous operation under the same company name. The CPA reserves the right to award to one or multiple contractors by location or service category.
