No set-asides, incumbent information, or specific funding sources are identified in the document. Contractors are solely responsible for determining appropriate specifications and conducting due diligence to ensure accurate pricing; any cost differences resulting from inadequate due diligence become the contractor's responsibility. NorthWest Senior & Disability Services reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All contract terms and conditions will be established by the organization, and no other terms will be recognized.
