About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) S-10700-00011564 for Armored Transport Services issued by the State of Oregon, containing multiple attachments including a Responsibility Inquiry, Rate Proposal Form, Disclosure Exemption Affidavit, and Key Persons documentation. The RFP solicits proposals for armored transport services across multiple regions of Oregon, including Western, West Central, East Central, and Eastern regions, with specific cities like Portland, Salem, Eugene, The Dalles, Bend, Pendleton, and others. The service offerings include various pick-up frequencies such as daily (5 days M-F), weekly (1 day M-F), weekend (1 day S-S), on-call single pick-ups, and coin and currency request services.

The Rate Proposal Form requires proposers to submit rates for different pick-up types and locations, with pricing to be used for establishing rates in surrounding areas if awarded a Price Agreement. The Responsibility Inquiry attachment requires proposers to demonstrate financial capability, past contract performance, legal standing, and organizational capacity. Key qualifications include having appropriate resources, no recent contract defaults or legal issues, sufficient financial stability, required licenses and insurance, and for larger firms, possession of a Pay Equity Certificate. Proposers must also identify key personnel who will manage the contract and provide their resumes, with provisions for the agency to conduct thorough responsibility assessments before contract award.
