About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for RFP W519TC-25-R-0034, detailing the Small Caliber Second Source 5.56mm, 7.62mm, and Caliber .50 Ammunition contract. The CDRL outlines 27 different data submission requirements (A001-A027) that the contractor must fulfill throughout the contract lifecycle, including technical, quality, production, and packaging reports.
Key submission requirements include Engineering Change Proposals, Operations Security Plans, Quality Program Plans, First Article Test Reports, Ammunition Data Cards, Production Status Reports, and Material Sourcing Lists. Most submissions are electronic via email or DoD SAFE, with specific timelines ranging from 30 to 270 calendar days after contract award. The requiring offices are primarily AMJM-QA, AMJM-SPS, and FCDD-ACE, with distribution typically including the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Production Quality Manager (PQM), and various Joint Munitions Command (JMC) personnel. Each requirement specifies frequency (weekly, monthly, annually, or as required), distribution statement, and detailed submission instructions.
