About this file

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for community-based outpatient clinic (CBOC) services to be provided by the VA North Texas Health Care System. The solicitation (36C25726R0018) seeks a contractor to operate outpatient clinic services in a private hospital, office, or clinic environment serving Veterans primarily residing in Grayson County, Texas, and surrounding counties within the catchment area. The services fall under the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 17 (VISN 17).

The RFP requires detailed information regarding contractor qualifications, facility requirements, staffing capabilities, and service delivery models for providing primary and specialty care services to the veteran population in the designated geographic area. Contractors must demonstrate experience operating outpatient medical facilities, compliance with VA standards and regulations, and the ability to maintain continuity of care for enrolled patients. The proposal submission should address pricing structure, operational timelines, quality assurance measures, and any subcontractor arrangements. Specific response dates, award timelines, and detailed technical requirements would be outlined within the complete RFP documentation package.
