About this file
This supplementary questions document is part of Request for Proposal 26E-0325 issued by Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, a purchasing consortium representing approximately 480 public agencies across Arizona, to solicit vendors for trucks, vans, utility service bodies, and related maintenance and service offerings. The RFP solicits proposals for new and used light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty trucks and vans; utility service bodies in multiple configurations including stake beds, dump bodies, flatbeds, crane or boom-lift bodies, enclosed service bodies, refrigerated boxes, water-tank units, and roll-off bodies; parts, accessories, and rental vehicles; and service and repair support. The contract will be awarded for an initial one-year term with four optional one-year extensions. The deadline for submitting questions was March 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Arizona time, with proposals due by March 25, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
The supplementary questions require offerors to specify the categories of products and services being offered, provide a sample vehicle invoice detailing pricing methodology including any factory concessions, rebates, additional fees, taxes, and administration fee calculations, describe processes for subcontracted installation and repair work, and furnish a comprehensive list of all subcontracted facilities with complete information including firm name, location, services performed, and years of experience. Vendors must hold current Arizona Department of Transportation new or used motor vehicle dealer licenses, maintain liability insurance with minimum $2,000,000 aggregate coverage, and carry workers' compensation insurance compliant with Arizona state statute.
