About this file
This document is an Exhibit F Federal Certifications file for the Coastal Regional CRC (Coastal Regional Commission), containing mandatory federal certification requirements for government contractors. The document outlines detailed compliance requirements related to debarment, suspension, and lobbying restrictions for entities seeking to contract with federal agencies, specifically addressing eligibility verification, criminal background checks, and transactional history screening.
The certification requires contractors to verify they are not excluded from federal transactions, have not been convicted of fraud or criminal offenses, and will comply with U.S. Department of Transportation and Office of Management and Budget regulations. Key compliance elements include mandatory checks against the System for Award Management (SAM) exclusions, reporting any potential disqualifying information, and ensuring lower-tier subcontractors also meet federal requirements. The document includes specific provisions for E-Verify compliance, with vendors providing labor or services over $2,500 required to submit an E-Verify number and have the affidavit notarized, demonstrating alignment with Georgia state labor regulations and federal immigration verification standards.

3. Requires the consent of a Federal official, and
g. It will require that each covered lower tier contractor and subcontractor:
