About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) Exhibit C detailing system specifications for a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, likely for a state or local government agency in Georgia. The exhibit provides a detailed technical specification document outlining requirements for an integrated software system covering multiple functional modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, Payroll, Grants Management, and reporting capabilities. The document requires vendors to provide detailed responses to each specification item using a standardized rating system (Yes, No, 3rd Party, Future Release) and includes extensive technical requirements across areas such as device and operating system independence, cloud deployment, security, authentication, integration capabilities, and module-specific functionalities.

The specifications emphasize comprehensive system features including multi-factor authentication, cloud-based infrastructure, robust API integration, compliance with accounting standards (GAAP and GASB), disaster recovery capabilities, and advanced reporting tools. Key technical requirements include 99.5% uptime guarantee, encryption standards (AES-256, TLS 1.3), geographically dispersed data centers, customizable dashboards, workflow approvals, and extensive employee and financial management tools. The document suggests the procurement is for a modern, fully integrated ERP solution that can support complex governmental accounting, human resources, and grants management processes with a strong emphasis on security, flexibility, and comprehensive functional coverage across multiple administrative domains.
