This document is a Response to Clarifying Questions #2 for Request for Proposals (RFP) #2021-59 for Inmate Commissary Services issued by the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) Correctional Facility in Oregon. The RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide inmate commissary and banking services, including a debit card program, kiosk equipment, approved food items, personal hygiene products, and other items for inmates to purchase via onsite and online commissary. The facility requires the vendor to pass out the commissary orders, with one kiosk in the lobby and two in the booking area for intakes. The current average daily population is 260-265 during COVID and over 500 during non-COVID times. The indigent kit contents and pricing of $3.00 for hygiene kits are specified.

The RFP does not provide information on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, or other salient financial details. The document focuses on clarifying the logistics of the commissary services and equipment requirements.

Answer: Yes, vendor passes out the commissary orders.
