About this file

The document is a Letter of Authorization (RFB.LOA.VII.2025) for the City of Oklahoma City or a related Public Trust. The form provides guidance for authorized signatories representing different types of business entities (corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and joint ventures) when executing legally binding documents. It specifies the requirements for who can sign on behalf of an organization, including acceptable titles and roles for corporate officers across various business structures.

The document outlines specific authorization criteria for different business entity types, mandating that the signing officer must have appropriate legal standing within their organization. For corporations, this includes roles like President, Vice-President, CEO, or CFO. For LLCs, authorized signers must have an ownership interest or be designated to manage the company. Partnerships require a General Partner, and joint ventures need an authorized officer from each participating venture. The form is designed to ensure that only legally empowered representatives can sign binding documents for their respective organizations.
