About this file

The document is a Revised Notice of Intent to Award for Request for Proposal S-10700-00010016 issued by the Department of Administrative Services Procurement Services (DAS PS) on behalf of the State and Federal Surplus Property Program in the State of Oregon. The RFP sought a contractor to conduct a cost-benefit evaluation of the Surplus Property Program and provide a final report. DAS PS has elected to withdraw the prior Notice of Intent to Award and hereby issues this Revised Notice, intending to establish a Contract with Precision Consulting. Affected Proposers have seven calendar days to file a written protest with the Single Point of Contact.

The RFP required proposers to demonstrate their ability to meet the State's contractual and compliance obligations, including submitting a Proposer Information and Certification Sheet, a Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan, and a Responsibility Inquiry Form. The RFP did not provide details on any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that could respond, nor did it specify a budget range or award value for the project. The incumbent contractor was not identified.
