About this file
This document contains questions and responses regarding a NASA solicitation for a Technical Standards Platform. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking proposals for implementation and support of an agency-wide, web-based platform to provide approximately 8,000 to 12,000 users with access to technical standards and related information from various Standards Developing Organizations. The platform will offer full-text electronic delivery of standards, pay-per-document ordering, notices of standard changes, and NASA-provided documents, metadata, lessons learned, and application notes. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract for a one-year base period and three one-year option periods. Offerors should monitor the beta.sam.gov website for release of the solicitation, planned for no more than one month from the date of this document.
