About this file
The file is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) Appendix B inventory spreadsheet for a Security System Upgrade project at a Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) facility. The document outlines a detailed process for implementing equipment inventory labeling, including steps for UID (Unique Identifier) submission, review, and approval involving multiple contractors and project teams.
The process involves comprehensive tracking of equipment details such as common names, design labels, CMMS designators, room locations, manufacturer information, serial numbers, and electrical specifications. Key participants include the Project Contractor, BAS (Building Automation Services) Contractor, TIM Contractor, Project Lead, and BOS-SEL41 team. The spreadsheet requires specific data entry across multiple columns, with green and blue highlighted sections indicating required information for initial submission and project commissioning. The related solicitation (HC102825R0046) for the Columbus Security System Upgrade is scheduled with a site visit on 16 July 2025, questions due 23 July 2025, and full proposal submission due 25 August 2025.
