The related solicitation seeks proposals for the Army Virtual Learning Environment to develop and deploy interactive multimedia courseware and learning content utilizing advanced technologies. Offerors must meet requirements for experience, facilities, and processes to support iterative product design, development, testing cycles and ultimately fielding of capabilities on Army learning platforms.
