About this file

The document is an Addendum No. 5 for a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Public Meeting Video Recording Services issued by the City of Clarkston, Georgia. The RFP seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide public meeting video recording and related services, including live stream video and recording of the City's Mayor and Council workshops, meetings, and special meetings. The addendum provides clarification on the number of cameras required (at least three) and the City's preference for the contractor to use company employees instead of subcontractors.

The RFP outlines that special called City Council meetings must be posted and notice given to the legal organ 24 hours prior to the meeting, and the City will notify the contractor as soon as they are aware of a special called meeting. The RFP does not provide information on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient details.
