About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the City of Clarkston, Georgia for public meeting video recording and related services. The services include, but are not limited to, live streaming and recording of the City's Mayor and Council workshops, meetings, and special meetings. The contractor may also be requested to provide video production services for other events beyond the scheduled monthly meetings. The RFP specifies the contractor will be responsible for providing a tech/operator to run the video equipment during each meeting. The City will provide fiber internet connectivity for the meetings. Bidders were asked to submit proposals for an entire year of service, though the City may request separate quotes for up to 5 additional events outside of the monthly meetings.
The Addendum clarifies responses to questions from potential bidders, including confirming there is no control room allocated and the City will handle posting of the edited video content to their social media platforms. The City did not provide the budget ceiling for this RFP. Bidders were instructed to submit proposals by August 13, 2024, but a site visit was not possible due to construction at the meeting location.
