About this file
This document is a Proprietary Information Agreement template for a GSA solicitation, designed to protect confidential information during the source selection process for a federal contract. The agreement outlines the terms under which a GSA consultant, serving as a non-voting technical advisor, may access and handle proprietary information from potential offerors. Key provisions include the consultant's commitment to protect the information from unauthorized use, refrain from using the information for unintended purposes, and an explicit prohibition against competing on the acquisition if it relates to a construction project.
The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Design-Build Services for a new United States Courthouse in Hartford, CT, issued by the GSA Public Buildings Service Region 2. The project involves developing a comprehensive site, design, and construction solution for a courthouse not exceeding 281,000 gross square feet. The design must adhere to classical or traditional architectural principles, in line with Executive Order 14344. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation documents and monitoring SAM.gov for amendments and updates.
