This Prebid Attendance Sheet documents participation in a mandatory prebid conference for a monument sign construction project at Coastal Pines Technical College in Hazlehurst, Georgia, administered by the Technical College System of Georgia. The project involves the construction of a Monument Sign at the Quality Manufacturing Center located at the college's Hazlehurst Campus (677 Douglas Highway, Hazlehurst, Georgia 31539). The mandatory prebid conference and site visit were held on April 19, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. EST in Room 1102 at the specified location. Attendance at this prebid conference was mandatory, with failure to participate resulting in automatic disqualification from the bid process. The sealed bid submission process followed the project plans, bidding documents, and contract documents made available through the Georgia Procurement Registry and Team Georgia Marketplace, with Addendum One posted on April 21, 2022, and Addendum Two posted on April 29, 2022.

The prebid attendance sheet serves as documentation of which potential bidders attended the mandatory conference and site visit, thereby confirming their eligibility to submit bids for the project. This record was essential for verifying compliance with the participation requirement and establishing which firms qualified to proceed with bid submission. Technical support for bidder registration and bid document access was provided by the DOAS Customer Service Help Desk at 404-657-6000 or ProcurementHelp@doas.ga.gov during standard business hours.
