PACTS II Offerors:
Re: Program Management, Administrative, Operations, and Technical Support Services (PACTS II) Request for Proposal No. HSHQDC-14-R-000009 – Proposal Extension & Status Update
The purpose of this posting is to provide an update to the PACTS II procurement. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) continues to evaluate proposals in accordance with the terms of the PACTS II solicitation (HSHQDC-14-R-00009). The projected timeframe for award is Third Quarter of Fiscal Year 2016.
The duration of the evaluation and selection process is directly dependent upon the number of proposals that were received by the Government.
The Government has directly emailed Offerors as applicable on or about Monday, March 28, 2016 requesting that they extend the period of their proposal validity beyond the current expiration date of March 31, 2016. The email will be distributed from the PACTSII email account (PACTSII@hq.dhs.gov) to the Offeror’s Electronic Procurement Information Center (EPIC) point of contact (POC) for each submitted proposal and/or other POC that the Prime Offeror listed to receive an update.
The DHS appreciates the interest of the Service- Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business community in this important program.
All inquiries regarding the PACTS II program RFP must be submitted to the email address:
PACTSII@hq.dhs.gov.
Sincerely, LaShonda Keith Contracting Officer Office of Procurement Operations mailto:PACTSII@hq.dhs.gov mailto:PACTSII@hq.dhs.gov
