About this file
This document is an Addendum 1 to a Request for Proposal (RFP-4-25-04) issued by Brevard County Purchasing Services in Viera, Florida for Non-Motorized Eco Tours – Restricted Use Permits. The addendum, dated March 26, 2025, provides clarification to a prospective question about watercraft usage and maintains the original proposal opening date of Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
The key clarification addresses permitted watercraft for the eco tours, specifically confirming that non-motorized rafts are acceptable, but limited to two-person occupancy. This aligns with the original draft contract's language, which previously restricted watercraft to kayaks, canoes, and standup paddle boards. All other terms and conditions of the original proposal remain unchanged, and proposers are requested to acknowledge receipt of this addendum with their proposal submission.
