About this file
This document is Addendum 1 for Brevard County's Request for Proposal (RFP-4-25-04) for Non-Motorized Eco Tours - Restricted Use Permits, issued by Brevard County Purchasing Services. The addendum clarifies a question regarding watercraft permitted for the eco tours, specifically confirming that non-motorized rafts are acceptable but limited to two-person occupancy. The proposal opening date remains unchanged, scheduled for Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM, and all other terms and conditions of the original proposal package remain unaltered.
The addendum addresses a specific contractual detail within the broader eco tour permit opportunity, which seeks to authorize tour operators to conduct non-motorized watercraft tours at designated park locations. By explicitly stating that rafts are permitted with a two-person occupancy limitation, the document provides additional clarity for potential proposers, ensuring they understand the precise watercraft restrictions for the eco tour concessions. The addendum maintains the integrity of the original proposal requirements while offering a targeted clarification to help prospective vendors prepare their submissions accurately.
