About this file

This is a bid form for the OMTWTR29SB Geology Statewide Water Contract, a solicitation issued by the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT-SHA) for a Maryland-certified laboratory to provide drinking water and groundwater chemical testing and analysis services. The solicitation seeks a qualified laboratory capable of conducting comprehensive water quality testing across the state highway system. The bid form establishes the framework for interested vendors to submit proposals demonstrating their technical qualifications, laboratory certifications, analytical capabilities, and experience in providing water testing services to state agencies. Bidders are required to complete the form with detailed information about their laboratory's scope of services, analytical methods, quality assurance protocols, and staffing expertise to support MDOT-SHA's water testing requirements.

The bid form specifies the contractual requirements and evaluation criteria that vendors must address in their submissions. Qualified bidders must hold appropriate Maryland laboratory certifications and demonstrate compliance with state and federal water quality testing standards. The form requires vendors to provide detailed pricing structures for the testing services, including per-sample costs and volume-based pricing options. The contract is structured as a statewide agreement, indicating the potential for significant testing volume across multiple MDOT-SHA facilities and projects. Additional information regarding specific contract term length, renewal options, budget allocation, funding sources, and any small business set-asides would be contained within the complete solicitation documents.
