About this file

This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for medical facility construction projects at various government installations located in eight states. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) seeks to award three or more contracts for the design and construction of renovation, repair, and new medical treatment facilities. The contract period is 24 months with two additional 36-month option periods, for a maximum of 96 months. Task orders will range from $15 million to $1 billion and be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis. Price evaluation preference will be given to HUBZone small businesses. Proposals are due in two phases, with Phase One evaluating technical approach, construction experience, and past performance, and Phase Two evaluating safety, technical solution, small business participation, and price based on a sample task order. The solicitation is available electronically only on SAM.gov as of October 5, 2021, with evaluations and contract awards intended to be made without discussions.

N62473-12-R-XXXX

Past performance information concerning subcontractors and teaming partners cannot be disclosed to a private party without the subcontractor’s or teaming partner’s consent.
