About this file

This is an Invitation for Bid form submitted as an offer to the State of Illinois. The document serves as a standardized bidding template for vendors responding to state procurement solicitations. The form requires bidders to submit their offers in compliance with the subject solicitation requirements, with completion of all required documents being mandatory to avoid disqualification. The document references Section A.1 regarding required submission documents and directs bidders to review the Standard Terms and Conditions available on the Illinois Chief Procurement Office website.

The form addresses preferences available under the Illinois Procurement Code, allowing bidders to claim applicable preferences such as the Illinois Business Preference or Domestic Product Preference, with supporting documentation required for validation. Bidders are permitted to take exceptions to standard contract terms and conditions by submitting a redlined version of the Standard Terms and Conditions document, which the State may accept or reject at its discretion. The form consists of checkboxes and text fields for bidder information, with signature and date fields required to authorize the bid submission.
