About this file

This is a Network Camera Specifications document for the West Virginia Public Assistance (WVPA) agency outlining technical requirements for network camera procurement. The specification details the functional and performance standards required for surveillance camera systems, including resolution capabilities, frame rates, lens options, and connectivity requirements. The document establishes minimum technical parameters that proposed equipment must meet, with particular emphasis on image quality, low-light performance, and integration capabilities with existing network infrastructure. Specific product categories and performance benchmarks are identified to ensure compatibility and operational effectiveness across WVPA facilities.

The specifications document serves as a technical guide for vendors responding to the Network Cameras for WVPA contract opportunity, establishing objective criteria against which submitted equipment proposals will be evaluated. The document does not contain pricing information, bid deadlines, award dates, contract terms, or renewal options, as these elements are typically addressed in separate solicitation documents and bid packages. Vendors must ensure their proposed network camera systems meet all specified technical requirements to be considered for award.
