GOVERNMENT PRE AWARD INQUIRY FORM

Page Section Para.

1 7/28/2021 54‐55 (b)(1) (i)

The government appears to be overly restrictive by not allowing significant subcontractors experience or past performance to be considered as part of the "offerors" team, would the government please consider evaluating experience and past performance from significant subcontractors?

The Government has reviewed this requirement and it remains unchanged.

Projects completed by a proposed subcontractor will be considered unacceptable.

However, an offeror may rely on the prime contractor experience of corporate affiliates, if all submittal requirements of the solicitation are met. In addition, for offerors covered by a Mentor‐Protégé Agreement approved by the SBA, only one member of the Joint Venture or partnership must demonstrate prime contractor relevant experience.
