REPLACE WITH:

(vi) Copy of current registration and completed/updated Annual Representations and Certifications on the SAM website, www.sam.gov. SAM registration must be in the name/CAGE/DUNS of the offeror identified on the SF1442. If a Representation or Certification required by Section K of the RFP is not provided in SAM, include the Representation or Certification in your price proposal.

2. Section H, H.1 – UFGS 00 73 01.00 25 General Special Conditions for Guantanamo Bay Projects, 1.3.20 Available Living Quarters.

Confirm that the primary source of contractor living quarters/crew berthing will be temporary housing facilities (man camps) due to limited availability at Navy Gateway Inn and Suites.

The Contractor may build their own man camp. Construction of the man camp is the contractor's responsibility. Facilities Management Division (FMD) will provide approved site location for a Laydown Storage Area (LSA) and man camp construction.

The Contractor also has the option of using Government‐provided temporary housing facilities. The Government will allow the current contractor to turn over the existing temporary housing facilities to the new contractor. Temporary housing facilities provided by the Government are provided in "as is" condition. It is the Contractor's responsibility to enhance and maintain facilities in accordance with Code requirements. Contractor shall tie into existing utilities at designated locations and maintain these utilities until completion of the contract. Contractor shall be billed for utilities at prevailing rates. Upon completion of the contract, the Contractor shall remove trailers from site and restore site to a natural earthen condition.

All other terms and conditions of UFGS 00 73 01.00 25 General Special Conditions for Guantanamo Bay Projects remain unchanged.

3. Clarify that the Government will provide existing warehouse and office space to the contractor.

Paragraph C.9.4 (page 24) of the solicitation has been revised as follows:

All job site lay down areas are dependent upon Task Order size and location of the work. Job site availability will be included with each RFP and resulting Task Order. The contractor will be assigned Building M613 or equivalent facility for Contractor use. Building M613 consists of both administrative and warehouse space.
