About this file
This file is a Questions and Answers document addressing vendor inquiries regarding solicitation N68335-26-R-1025 for CH-53K Program O-Level Peculiar Support Equipment Group E. The document clarifies four key requirements: (1) a table of contents for proposal volumes is optional and not required; (2) base quantity CLINs/SUBCLINs will be ordered upon award, while option quantities will be exercised only when needs are identified, with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Domestic quantities potentially ordered separately or at different times; (3) Blocks 20 and 21 on Attachment L-2 (Past Performance Contract Data form) should identify Government Technical/Program Manager Points of Contact rather than offeror internal contacts; and (4) the Government cannot accept alternative lead times, as adherence to specified delivery schedules is critical to the site stand-up timeline.

· Does the government require a table of contents for the proposal volumes?
· Answer: The solicitation does not require a table of contents. Offerors may include a table of contents for the proposal volumes, however it is not required

· Answer: Any CLINS OR SUBCLINS listed as base quantities will be ordered on the base award. Any CLINS OR SUBCLINS listed as option quantities will be exercises in accordance with the option clause if/when the need is identified.
· Regarding Attachment L-2 – can the government please provide guidance on what offerors should put in boxes 20 and 21? I.e., should it be a government POC such as the technical POC, or an internal POC from the offeror who can speak to the work that was completed?
· Answer: Block 20 and 21 are Gov’t Technical/PM POCs.
· Will the Government consider proposals that propose alternative lead-times to those cited in the solicitation?
· The Government cannot accept alternate lead times, as adherence to the specified delivery schedule is critical to meeting the site stand-up timeline.
