About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) appendix specifying deliverable requirements for a CH-53K helicopter organizational-level support equipment contract.

The single data requirement (A005) mandates the delivery of Calibration Certifications for all end items manufactured under the contract. Each delivered item must include a certificate of calibration traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), provided in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). Certificates must be physically attached to each corresponding end item in a plastic pouch/envelope prior to DD-250 Government inspection and acceptance. Additionally, a complete set of certificates for each end article shall be submitted to the CH-53K Support Equipment Engineer, Ed Ceralde, at the Navy Point of Contact listed. The deliverables are classified under Distribution Statement D, limiting distribution to Department of Defense and DoD Contractors only. Government final inspection and acceptance of all production units will be accomplished at the destination by a Government representative. The data requirement references SOW Paragraph 3.2 as contractual authority, with the requiring office identified as BL22100. Submission is required as needed (AS REQ) with no specified subsequent submission date.
