About this file
This document contains a past performance questionnaire for a federal contract opportunity. The questionnaire requests information on a contractor's past performance in areas such as quality, schedule, cost control, management, utilization of small businesses, and regulatory compliance. It defines rating criteria and includes a survey for a government representative to evaluate the contractor's performance on a previous contract. The survey covers details of the contractor, contract number, and evaluation period before rating the contractor's past performance in the defined areas. Space is also provided for a narrative explanation of any marginal or unsatisfactory ratings.
This federal contract opportunity involves the award of multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity cost plus fixed fee contracts for command and control technologies and experimentation. The solicitation will be issued by the Department of the Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific. Work will involve innovative science and technology research, systems engineering, architecture, design, development, integration, testing, configuration management, quality assurance, experimentation, implementation and support related to military operations. The estimated level of effort is 700,800 hours over a potential 10-year period. This is a 100% small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 541330 and size standard of $38.5 million. Incumbents include six contractors. The solicitation will be available electronically only on the specified website and amendments will also be posted there.
