Questions & Answers 20 April 2018

Q1. Section L, page 81, 2.1(a) states “identify the various labor categories and individual names (if known) intended for use under this contract including the number of labor hours, hourly rates, and total cost for each labor category proposed for each year of the contract. Do not submit average or composite rates for the named individuals.” Section L, page 82, 2.2(a) states “No key personnel.”

A1. These two sections do not conflict. Per Section L, page 82, 2.2(a), the Government is not requiring key personnel be named for this solicitation. Per Section L, page 81, 2.1(a), the language only requests contractors to provide names for labor categories if they are known.

Q2. Section L, page 82, 2.1(e)(6) references an RFP Attachment 6 (rate sheet) but it is not an attachment.

A1. RFP Attachment 6 is added via Amendment 0001.
