About this file

This document package includes a Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254) and information about a related federal contract opportunity posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website.

The DD Form 254 specifies security requirements for Contract N64498-18-R-5093 to acquire a Repair Station Console for the DDG-51 Modernization Program from the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division. The contractor will require access to For Official Use Only information and have operations security and TEMPEST requirements. The contractor must receive derivative classification training and properly destroy and report on any classified information involved in security incidents or violations. The security guidance names points of contact and requires the contractor's Facility Security Officer to submit all security-related requests in writing.

The related federal contract opportunity on FBO seeks proposals for the Repair Station Console to be awarded as a firm fixed price or cost-plus-fixed-fee contract under full and open competition. Proposals are due by the date specified in solicitation N64498-17-R-5093. The place of performance is the U.S. and NAICS code 334111 applies with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
