About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for a construction project at Naval Station Rota in Spain. The project involves installing and commissioning shore power distribution substations operating at 15kV/450-480V voltage. The amendment provides point of contact information for questions and revises the evaluation criteria for corporate experience. Offerors must now demonstrate experience with at least one of the following: installing shore power substations; constructing medium voltage underground distribution systems between 1,000V to 35kV; or installing medium voltage metal clad switchgear. Relevant experience within the past seven years is required. The proposal due date of June 29, 2020 is unchanged. The solicitation and amendment were issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic on behalf of the Department of the Navy for Solicitation Number N6247020R4005.
