About this file
This document outlines four content delivery modes for Sailor 2025 role-relevant learning, as well as details for an upcoming pre-solicitation conference. The four content delivery modes - Instructor Facilitated Interactive Training, Self-Directed Interactive Training, Performance Support, and Structured On The Job Training - vary in their level of structure, location, and use of actual versus simulated equipment. The pre-solicitation conference is for the FY21 Content Conversion and will be held by the Department of the Navy Naval Air Systems Command. Interested offerors are encouraged to attend to learn more about requirements for converting existing training content for Sailors into more modern delivery modes aligned with the Sailor 2025 initiative. Details on the conference location and other logistics will be provided.
