About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire and details of a federal contract opportunity for Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) Pierside Assists. The past performance questionnaire is to be completed by offerors and their references to provide information on previous relevant contracts for evaluation. It requests details on technical performance, schedule, cost control, quality and management of past efforts. The federal contract opportunity is a follow-on requirement for HM&E Pierside Assists issued by the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center. It involves depot-level repairs and maintenance of naval vessels. The requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses as a multiple-award IDIQ contract with a one-year base period and four one-year options, with performance in Norfolk, Virginia. The deadline for questions is in December 2018 and contract awards will be made to offerors representing best value per the solicitation's evaluation factors.
