Vendor shall certify that equipment being quoted meets the capabilities listed below and that vendor can assume all contractor responsibilities stated below by initialing at the bottom. In order to be considered for award, this must be completed and submitted with the vendor quote.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITES STATEMENT

General Specification for NNSY SHUTTLE SERVICES

Shall be provided with the following capabilities, features and specifications: Yes No

The Contractor must have the ability to replace employees who do not uphold the Standards of Conduct outlined in Section 2 of the PWS. Replacements shall happen within 24 hours to maintain service, at no additional cost to the Government.

As outlined in Sections 2, 3, and 4 of the PWS, the Contractor must manage personnel who uphold standards of competency, conduct, cleanliness, appearance, and integrity. All drivers must meet the following requirements:

- Possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver's license.

- Hold a valid state driver’s license.

- Be a U.S. Citizen.

- Have appropriate vehicle credentials.

- Have a clean driving record with no demerit points.

- Receive all required training and certifications.

- Proof of U.S. Citizenship (Birth Certificate or U.S. Passport) to receive Green NAVSEA badges.

Per Section 3 and 4.5 of the PWS, all vehicles must:

- Be in good working condition and no older than seven years.

- Have current registration and inspection.

- Have the ability to disable or physically cover all cameras.

- Be replaced within 4 hours’ notice in case of service outage.

- Be replaced at no additional cost to the Government.

Contractor must report any vehicular accident to the TPOC within 24 hours outlined in Section

4.6 of the PWS.

Contractor must maintain appropriate insurance, liability coverage, permits, and indemnification as outlined in Section 5 of the PWS.

Contractor must be able to begin before September 30th, 2025.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITY/CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY CERTIFICATION

Vendor hereby certifies that vendor’s service meets or exceeds all specifications and contractor responsibilities stated in this solicitation, in their entirety, with no exceptions. ___________ (initials)
