Responses to Questions Regarding N4215825QN065
Amendment - N4215825QN0650001 The purpose of this Amendment is to:
I. Updating the CLIN Units from "Each" to "Month".
II. Clarified the Extended Description of CLINs 0001, 0002, 1001, 1002, 2002, and 2003.
III. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.
All submissions must be typed; handwritten submissions will not be accepted.
Previously submitted proposals that are not certified as Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) will not be considered.

• What is the current contract number?
· N4215824PN102
· Please know that the scope of work has changed from the current contact.
• Please advise if offerors can include a cover sheet, corporate introduction, etc., with the requested Technical, Past Performance, and Pricing information?
· Additional information may be provided.
• Please confirm that the government is not looking for FULL proposals outside of the requested Attachment 3 (Technical) Past Performance, Pricing, and SF1449, executed amendments, and Representations and Certifications.
· What is required at a minimum to be included in the package is list below:
· Acknowledgement of the Amendment by submitted a signed copy.
· Completed and signed SF 1449 with pricing for each line item
· Attachment 3 – Technical Capability Statement
· Fleet Management Narrative
· 1-3 Past Performance examples
· Quote (valid for 90 days)
· SANITIZED Copies (Redacted copies – Company Name, Company identifiable information, and pricing)
• We will be working with a subcontractor on this contract. Please advise how/where we can indicate this?
· Subcontracting information can be included in the Fleet Management Narrative.
• Is it acceptable to the government to include past performance of our subprime partner or does all of the past performance need to be from the prime contractor?
· Past performance needs to be for the prime contractor. The prime will be held responsible for the subprime partner.
