About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Amendment 0006) for a federal contract opportunity for tire and wood collection and disposal services. The amendment updates the solicitation N4019225R9004, which is a competitive Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business set-aside for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The performance locations include Naval Base Guam, Andersen Air Force Base, Marine Corps Camp Blaz, the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), and the Republic of Palau, serving U.S. Military activities and DoD/Federal Agencies.
The amendment incorporates changes to the contract, including updating the response due date to 2:00 pm Chamorro Standard Time on Monday, 30 June 2025, and modifying FAR and DFARS clauses. The contract includes a minimum guarantee of $3,000 for the contract's life, with the ability to order additional quantities up to the contract's maximum not-to-exceed amount. The solicitation now explicitly includes FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) in addition to the previously mentioned FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation), reflecting a potential shift in the procurement approach.
