About this file
This document is an Amendment (SF30) for Solicitation N4019225R9004 for Tire and Wood Material Collection and Disposal Services. Amendment 0003 serves two primary purposes: 1) Post Request for Information (RFI) Notice 01, and 2) Extend the proposal submission deadline from 12:00pm ChST on Monday, 23 June 2025 to 2:00pm ChST on Wednesday, 25 June 2025.
The amendment includes responses to eight Requests for Information (RFIs) submitted by potential offerors, covering topics such as historical data for tire and rim separation, potential infestations, container requirements, collection point frequencies, labor work pricing, and service scope across the Marianas islands, CNMI, and Republic of Palau. Key clarifications include that the total value of recent and relevant projects must be at least $1,500,000, labor rate ELINs will be negotiated by the Contracting Officer with Guam as the primary location, and there is currently no historical data for locations outside of Guam. The solicitation remains for tire and wood material collection and disposal services for various U.S. military activities in Guam, Mariana Islands, Micronesia, and Palau.
