About this file

This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) issued by NAVPAC Mid-Atlantic for solicitation N40085-26-R-9039, Amendment 0001, effective May 5, 2026. The amendment modifies the original solicitation for contract project 24-0409 regarding Building HP275 and HP465 Paint and Flooring Repairs at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The contracting office is located at 1107A Birch Street, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547-2521.

The amendment addresses four clarifications through a questions and answers format. First, windows with mill finish aluminum in Building 465 are not required to be painted, while the SOW requires painting only previously painted surfaces. Second, Loxon masonry sealer is required on all masonry surfaces that were previously painted on both Buildings (BEQs). Third, the Government confirmed that site access will be limited to one-quarter of a room at a time, declining the contractor's request for expanded access to one floor or half-floor increments. Fourth, the Government clarified that one person may perform all three roles of Quality Control/Site Safety and Health Officer/Superintendent at each BEQ location. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged, and the time and date for receipt of proposals remains unchanged. Contractors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment when submitting their proposals, with failure to acknowledge potentially constituting grounds for proposal rejection.
