The related federal contract opportunity is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command, specifically an 8(a) set-aside solicitation (N4008525R0010) focused on removing and replacing carpet and cubicles in Building 13. The solicitation is restricted to specific MACC holders within the Norfolk Naval Shipyard's Hampton Roads Area of Responsibility (AOR) in Virginia, targeting small businesses eligible under the 8(a) program for facilities renovation work.
