1. Is there an incumbent and if there is one, what is their name, Award Notice number, and award dollar amount?

a. Klearjet Inc (aka Pestmaster)

b. Incumbent Contract Award Notice #: N4008519D0441

c. Award Dollar Amount: $424,189.80 (total for base + 4 option years)

2. When is this to be awarded by?

a. Approximately by 1 November 2024.

3. Why are items 0002, 0004, 0006, 0008, and 0010 non-recurring when the other items are recurring and ask for the same services?

a. The non-recurring items are in place for any additional work/services that may need to be completes, we will then use the non-recurring pricing and funds.

4. As this is a re-compete, with what seems to be pretty similar requirements, are you expecting the magnitude to be about the same? I know that depends entirely on the customer needs over the life of the contract, but with the current one being fairly consistent for ~5y now, I'm wondering if it's likely to be the same for this new contract?

a. Yes, the magnitude is the same.

5. It looks like everything else is clearly spelled out on the RFP - just want to confirm SAM.gov is the only place I should rely on for any updates, or is there a separate posting site I should take a look at?

a. SAM.gov is the only source of info regarding this solicitation/award

6. Is this contract allowed to be leased/ subcontracted out by the contractor?

a. Yes.

7. Which attachment is the SOW?

a. Section C Performance Work Statement (PWS): Annexes 0100000 (General Info, 0200000 (Mgmt and Admin), and 153020 (Pest Control Core Tech Function)

b. Bottom line the “SOW”, or PWS is in attachments 2, 3, & 6
