About this file

This document is a Price Proposal Form for the federal contract opportunity "ST17-0627 Replace Water Mains along West Side Waterfront", solicitation number N4008524R2625.

The form provides detailed line-item pricing for the base requirement to replace water mains and associated equipment on Piers 11-14, as well as two bid options to extend the work to Piers 15-19 and a loop from Pier 14 to Pier 19. Pricing is requested for the overall work, as well as unit pricing for testing and contaminated material disposal. The government reserves the right to unilaterally exercise the two bid options within 60 days of contract award. Award of the options would extend the contract completion date by 112 and 84 days, respectively. The government will evaluate offers by adding the option prices to the base price. The contract is a firm-fixed-price arrangement with no economic price adjustment. Additional bonding would be required if the options are exercised.
