About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for structural repairs to Bridge 2 at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. The Navy updated the instructions for a pre-proposal site visit to include additional requirements for contractors without base access, such as submitting a completed DBIDS access request form by May 30th and bringing two forms of approved photo ID to the Pass & ID office for badge processing. The site visit is scheduled for June 6th at 1:00 PM at the southern end of Bridge 2, with contractors requiring escorts advised to arrive at the Pass & ID office 30 minutes prior. The solicitation seeks offers for design-bid-build services to address structural steel recoating and repairs for Bridge 2.
