About this file
This document provides an amendment to a solicitation for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity multiple award construction contract for general construction services at Naval Support Activity Crane, Indiana and surrounding areas.
The amendment updates the instructions to offerors by clarifying that relevant project experience must have been completed within five years from the date of issuance of this RFP. It also broadens the scope of work from utility mechanical construction projects to general construction projects. The amendment answers pre-proposal questions to further clarify evaluation criteria and technical requirements. Offerors are required to acknowledge any amendments issued prior to the solicitation closing date in order to be considered for award.

Question 4
FAPPIIS Certification - I noticed in SAM the FAPIIS information is now shown under the Entity Information as “Responsibility/Qualification”.
