About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award construction contract (MACC) to provide general construction services for facilities within the Marine Corps Installations East area of responsibility. Key details include extending the proposal due date to January 19, 2021 in response to pre-proposal inquiries, with evaluation factors and award terms outlined in the solicitation. Construction projects will include interior and exterior repairs to Building AS124 at Marine Corps Air Station New River involving new finishes, roofing systems, doors, windows and other trades. The estimated budget range for the seed project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 and must be completed within 465 calendar days of award.
The amendment provides responses to offeror questions, schedules a site visit for the seed project, and references wage determinations, bonding requirements, and instructions for proposal submission. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic will evaluate proposals and make multiple awards for indefinite delivery task orders under the IDIQ MACC.
