Per the site plan sketch on CS100, it appears that an existing hydrant will be impacted with the proposed sidewalk layout to the north of P914, with the pedestrian connection headed north/south.

Will the Government please confirm whether this hydrant will need to be relocated, or if the sidewalk can be adjusted to leave the hydrant in place?

The hydrant will remain;

the sidewalk will have to be modified after award.

SOW.

Please provide

DEQ

calculations for the adjacent project P-777.

The approved

DEQ

calculations are not available at this time.

Please confirm the finished floor elevation is 1 ft above the 100 yr flood plain. This does not seem to agree with the latest UFC 3-201-01 change on 1 July 2019.

Follow the

RFP.

Could a better quality site plan be provided, possibly the original PDF?

The plan within the

RFP

documents appears to be scanned several times.

Unclear which site plan this is referring. The site plan in Part 6 Appendix 14 C3 is difficult to read. This is an as-built and is the best version. Refer Part 6 Appendix 1 and 4 for current survey and site drawings

What type of BMP was constructed for P-777 project?

P777 has a series of bioretention BMPs.
